As good as previous stays at the hotel

The hotel was overall good value. However, I was unhappy that you placed a pre authorisation amount for the full value of the hotel on my credit card, then charged me separately for the full amount at the hotel. It now appears I have been charged twice on my credit card!. Your reception has assured me this is ok and the pre authorised amount will eventually disappear, but 4 days later it is still showing as a charge. The charge shouldn't be made twice even if it is eventually rectified and in fact it didnt happen at a different Brit hotel I stayed at during my trip to France. Im not happy with how this is done and is not what happens at other hotels I stay!

We had a pleasant one night stay. We were happy that we did not have to search or pay for additionally to have a parking. The room design was enjoyable.
